Why RELX devices suits Bahamas users (2025) (v7)
RELX devices advice for Bahamas, covering beginner guide, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
There is no single best relx devices for everyone in Bahamas, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. We would pair the Uwell Calibre with a 55:45 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
Budget matters in Bahamas, but with relx devices the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
We would pair the Uwell Calibre with a 55:45 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Bahamas, availability of the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.
Delivery across Bahamas is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Uwell Calibre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 55:45 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For pod fans, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Peach Blossom: sweet, delicate, described as soft white peach with a floral edge. On a 55:45 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Bahamas
Availability in Bahamas is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BSD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
If any of the above addresses what you were trying to solve, the rest of the pages in this section cover it in more detail.
