Is RELX devices worth it in Bahamas? 2026
RELX devices advice for Bahamas, covering age rules, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
We spent weeks putting relx devices options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. In Bahamas, availability of the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.
The Bahamas market for relx devices has grown steadily, and the choice on offer now is genuinely broad. The build quality on Uwell Calibre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.
What surprised us most was how little the 1.2 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 55:45 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Rose Quartz finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the Q-Plus takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Delivery across Bahamas is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The build quality on Uwell Calibre is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal.
Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 1.2 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 55:45 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the newer generation. For portable users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cola Zero: sweet, fizzy, described as cola sweetness with a light fizz. On a 55:45 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.2 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Bahamas
Availability in Bahamas is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.2 Ω mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BSD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
