Budget RELX devices picks under 20 in Bahamas (1.6 ml)

RELX devices advice for Bahamas, covering new arrivals, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.

Local availability in Bahamas shapes the practical answer more than the marketing does. What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 55:45 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense.

For experienced users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 55:45 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.

We would pair the Wismec Reuleaux with a 55:45 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. In Bahamas, availability of the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips.

Battery behaviour is where the Wismec Reuleaux earns its keep: the 5000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 80 and recharges over Type-C fast charge. Expect roughly 1097 full puffs from a charge at 10 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.

Delivery across Bahamas is typically two to four working days with tracked dispatch, and returns are straightforward within the standard window. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 1.5 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 55:45 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

The 4.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Worth noting that the 510 bottom pin takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.5 Ω regular coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.

Specifications

Every unit in the Wismec Reuleaux family shares the same core platform, so the differences come down to the numbers below.

Flavour and performance notes

A representative profile is Frozen Berry Sorbet: sweet, icy, described as cold berry inhale with a soft exhale. On a 55:45 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.5 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.

Practical considerations in Bahamas

Availability in Bahamas is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.5 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 bottom pin matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BSD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
