How to pick RELX devices in Bahamas (2.5 ml)
RELX devices advice for Bahamas, covering upgrades, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
The Bahamas market for relx devices has grown steadily, and the choice on offer now is genuinely broad. The build quality on Robust Pro is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium relx devices narrows once you know which components you actually use. We would pair the Robust Pro with a 20:80 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Graphite finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over USB-C takes about 56 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Worth noting that the 510-X takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense. In Bahamas, availability of the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself.
Battery behaviour is where the Robust Pro earns its keep: the 4000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 150 and recharges over USB-C. We would pair the Robust Pro with a 20:80 PG/VG liquid, which is where the balance between throat hit and cloud density sits most comfortably. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.8 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Strawberry Cream: creamy, sweet, described as smooth strawberry custard with a light dairy note. On a 20:80 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Bahamas
Availability in Bahamas is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510-X matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and BSD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
